Water: drink a lot of it. But not all at once. Drink at least 4-10 glasses of water during the day instead of soda or other drinks. Take sips, not full-glass chugs. Small sip, swallow, breathe. Repeat.
Salt: you get enough salt from your processed food. Except you are living on a farm and eating healthy. Therefore you don’t need to add salt to your food. It already has enough.
Sugar: excessive sugar in your diet is not the best idea, so no sugar for you until you really need it.
Exercise: you should exercise daily. Walking is exercising. If you have to go somewhere close don’t drive there, just walk. PS: it’s free too and you don’t have to worry about parking 😉
